All too often, much-needed changes get put off because we get stuck in the “go big or go home” mentality. The thought being, if you can’t magically change overnight, it is going to be too hard and time-consuming to develop new habits. It is an understandable misconception, but one that needs to be challenged for continued success. Remember, making small steps consistently will add up faster than a few steps made here and there without purpose.

Like most things in life worth having, new habits take time and intention to implement. That does not mean that they are not worth it, though!
